Shipping Policy

Due to variations in weight and size of our products, we use various shipping methods to provide cost effective shipping to you.

Order Processing

Orders received before 1 PM are generally shipped the same day. However, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Orders placed outside of business hours or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Store Pickup

You can choose to pick up your order from our warehouse during checkout. An email will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Enter your delivery address at checkout, and the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed.

Please note:

  • Residential deliveries will be marked as "Authorised to Leave" (ATL). Please provide specific instructions in the notes section of your order.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes. If you provide a PO box, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
  • If a redelivery is required, you may be charged. Please ensure you track your order and are available on the delivery day.

Please contact us to arrange logistics before placing your order for large or bulky items. The shipping cost calculated by our third-party app may be incorrect, and we will contact you to discuss the correct shipping cost if necessary. Additionally, a forklift may be required for unloading.

We may use other couriers not listed at checkout if they offer a better or faster service. We will update you with this information via email or phone call.

International Delivery

Currently, our website only allows orders to be delivered within Australia. For international shipping, please contact us. 

Eventpower Equipment is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping Error

We use a third-party application to calculate shipping costs. Occasionally, errors may occur. If this happens, we will inform you of your options. If you notice an error, such as an unusually high shipping cost, please contact us for an updated quote.
